Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $200,000-$230,000 based on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice with tail coverage, health insurance, life insurance, dental, disability, retirement with contribution, paid pension plan, tuition reimbursement, and generous vacation and CME time
- $10,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 yearly retention bonus
- Lead CRNA opportunity is also offered, with a $25,000 stipend

- A leading hospital in the Albany, New York area is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia practice

Position Overview:
- As a CRNA with the hospital, you will play a crucial role in our anesthesia team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care
- Our surgical cases primarily involve Bread and Butter procedures, including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology. Importantly, they do not handle heart, trauma, or neuro cases
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period to address any changes in their condition
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Schedule:
- Flexible schedules: 7a-5p or 8a-4p, with block design available (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
- Reasonable call schedule with additional pay and shift differentials
- Overtime opportunities are available
Requirements:
- New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Masters of Science in Nursing
- Current NY State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
