Cosmetics Dermatology, no call

Job Role:
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday 8-5 PM with Four patient facing days; one day in office
  • Average of 25 patients per day
  • No call or weekends
  • Work closely with patients on their aesthetic goals and develop a specific treatment plan and follow-ups to achieve the desired outcome
  • Provide “Bread and Butter” based procedures and consultations; Skin Biopsies, Shave Removal and Cryosurgery; treatment of Skin Cancer and Precancerous Growth; Laser Therapy (multiple lasers are available on the clinic); Phototherapy Treatments (PDT); and Surgical Dermatology (warts, cysts lipomas, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to manage patient care
  • Educate patients on alternative treatments and non-surgical options when appropriate
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during all stages of the process
  • Leadership: help drive growth in the local area and develop a local team

Requirements: 
  • State medical licensure in Wisconsin
  • Board certification in Dermatology
  • Proven experience and expertise in cosmetic dermatology
  • Strong skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and other medical professionals
  • Dedication to patient safety, ethical practices, and continuous improvement in the field of cosmetic dermatology
  • Adherence to practice policies and procedures
