Cosmetics Dermatology, no call

Job Role:

Schedule is Monday - Friday 8-5 PM with Four patient facing days; one day in office
Average of 25 patients per day
No call or weekends
Work closely with patients on their aesthetic goals and develop a specific treatment plan and follow-ups to achieve the desired outcome
Provide “Bread and Butter” based procedures and consultations; Skin Biopsies, Shave Removal and Cryosurgery; treatment of Skin Cancer and Precancerous Growth; Laser Therapy (multiple lasers are available on the clinic); Phototherapy Treatments (PDT); and Surgical Dermatology (warts, cysts lipomas, etc.)
Collaborate with other clinical staff to manage patient care
Educate patients on alternative treatments and non-surgical options when appropriate
Ensure patient safety and comfort during all stages of the process
Leadership: help drive growth in the local area and develop a local team

Requirements:

State medical licensure in Wisconsin
Board certification in Dermatology
Proven experience and expertise in cosmetic dermatology
Strong skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and other medical professionals
Dedication to patient safety, ethical practices, and continuous improvement in the field of cosmetic dermatology
Adherence to practice policies and procedures
