Position Details:

Join 6 ED physicians and 2 NPs who take a lot of pride in the positive and collegial culture they’ve nurtured amongst their group at this award-winning independent hospital in the pristine Duluth, MN area
Flexible scheduling: ED Medical Director is dedicated to working with each provider to create a schedule they feel good about. Block scheduling available
Option for 8-14 twelve-hour shifts per month
9-10K ER visits annually, Level IV Trauma Center extremely reasonable daily volumes
Hospitalists (MDs/DOs), Anesthesia, and Lab are all on-site 24-7. ED nursing staff is highly competent
High-quality in-house imaging: digital radiography, MR, CT, US, 3D mammo, cardiac stress testing and monitoring, EKGs, echocardiography, and nuclear medicine
100K signing bonus
Extremely competitive hourly rate allows for 90th percentile+ earning potential
240 hours of PTO = incredible work/life balance
