Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- August start with ongoing need
- No call
Practice Setting:
- Adult only, Outpatient only

Cases and Procedures:
- Addisons disease, hypopituitarism, cholesterol abnormalities, hypothyroidism, craniopharyngioma, osteogenesis imperfecta, crushing's syndrome, osteoporosis, diabetes mellitus, Paget's disease, fibrous dysplasia, prolactinoma, graves disease, thyroiditis, hyperlipidemia, thyroid nodules, hyperparathyroidism, vitamin D deficiency
