- A 25-bed critical access facility with a Level III Emergency Department has an opening for an Orthopedic Surgeon due to the retirement of a physician
- Excellent call with incredible practice setup benefits
- Currently, two orthopedic surgeons and a very supportive part-time/prn orthopedic surgeon on staff, full schedule with work/life balance
- Full spectrum of Orthopedic surgery – able to do total joint and sports
- Split call-10 nights of call per month; however, surgeons want to take more call because of the low call workload and financial benefits
- Top Tier Salary + bonus based on RVU productivity
Location/Community:
- The caption area is about 40k
- Located in the desert foothills just 75 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport
- Enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, and sailing at Roosevelt Lake (the largest lake in Arizona)
- 90 minutes away from snow skiing
- 3500ft elevation, high desert that is 10-12 degrees cooler than Phoenix
