Job Description:
- Join a well-established and growing single-specialty group: the premier provider of clinical and surgical ENT services across Indiana
- The position is located in Indianapolis with a Monday through Friday schedule, no hospital call, no nights, and no weekends
- Employed opportunity complete with a salary guarantee PLUS production based on collections, benefits package, matching 401(k), occurrences-based malpractice, equity in the program via stocks starting day 1
- Ancillary services include allergy, audiology, and hearing aid sales
- Experience autonomy in a practice with flexible scheduling between clinic and OR, and the ability to buy into ASC
