Professional:
- $650,000 starting base salary based on experience
- Collections bonus, sign-on, relocation, full benefits, retirement 401(a)
- 4-day workweek
- Three clinic days and one OR day, alternating additional OR day biweekly
- General ENT and allergy practice; ability to grow subspecialty practice
- Receive 100% of internal referrals
- Potential opportunity to expand with APPs
- 25-bed, critical-access hospital with a two bed ICU
- Imaging onsite – X-Ray, CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound
