Compensation:
- $250,000 Fixed salary
- $80,000 Sign on/start bonus
- $30,000 Retention bonus over 3 Years
- $24,000 Mid-level stipend
- $17,000 Paid call
- $105,000 Training stipend eligibility
- $30,000 Contract Renewal Bonus
- Options to pay education (NHSC, PSLF, TSLRP)
