Organization/Practice Details:

Independent physician group Physicians control schedule, template, patient panel, and services provided
Built-in referral base with nearly 20 primary care providers
Currently one Rheumatologist and an experienced APP
3 or 4-Day work week offered - choose your schedule and when you start and stop
Outpatient only; No call or inpatient consults required
Current Rheumatologist sees anywhere between 12-20 patients per day - Booking over 3 months out
On-site infusion center

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary guarantee of $310K-$320K with the ability to transition into production model after year 1 or 2
$80K Sign-On Bonus with education allowance, relocation, insurance, 401k, and more in a comprehensive benefits package
Shareholder status offered after just one year - increasing compensation by $50K+
