The Practice:
  • Must be skilled in GI work to do endoscopy and colonoscopies.
  • Tracheostomies, chest tubes, central lines and other trauma and critical care type procedures, such as thoracentesis and paracentesis to support the ER and ICU care are also needed.
  • Experience &/or training in dialysis access.
  • A General Surgeon that has additional fellowships, training &/or experience in additional modalities will do exceptionally well!
  • Particularly interested in a surgeon that has advanced experience or training in other surgical modalities, such as: bariatric, colorectal, GI, breast, endocrine, etc.
  • Total annual comp is roughly $450,000 + (Base pay + Productivity - bonus credit of 50% of professional collections)
  • Additional call pay of $550 per shift
  • Health Insurance: self-funded EPO @ no cost for provider, Malpractice insurance, CME Allowance & Retirement Plans
  • A 115-bed, not for profit, acute-care community hospital, and a 501(c)3 public charity & qualify for the Federal Loan Forgiveness Program!
  • We serve a population of approximately 65,000 residents in the Texas Panhandle.
