Job Description:
- Join established Independent Urology group with 3 providers
- Huge community need for another urologist – be busy from day one
- General Practice with Robotics Available (2 Xi with 2 Monday’s/ month designated or robotics)
- Combines benefits of private practice & support/resources of hospital
- Choose between Employed or Income guarantee
Position Details:
- $500k – $600k Income potential
- 4 ½ day work week- 2 OR days, 2 ½ clinic
- 6 weeks PTO and CME: 5k + 5 days Full benefits plus Student loan repayment
- Private Practice
- $500-600k guarantee for 12-18 months
- Create own schedule
- Partnership track with no buy in (title and share in voting)
- 11k/ month overhead guarantee from Hospital
